Contract & Agreement

1. PROGRAM OVERVIEW

The “Out of the Maze” mentorship is a 12-month transformation program designed for men ready to break cycles, regulate emotions, heal from trauma, and become the man they were meant to be. The program includes:

• Monthly 1:1 deep coaching sessions (90 minutes)

• Weekly group Zoom sessions

• Access to a growing content library (breathwork recordings, mindset tools, relationship frameworks)

• A bonus 4-day in-person retreat in Bali for full-term members (flights and accommodation not included)

• Ongoing access to a private community

2. FEES AND PAYMENT

Program Fee Options (all AUD):

• Pay in Full: $6,000 (discounted from $9,950 for attendees of UNITED or existing clients)

• Payment Plan: $135/week for 52 weeks

Payment is required before the first session. Payment plans are direct-debited weekly. By entering into this agreement, the Client agrees to honour the full 12-month commitment.

There are no refunds for change of mind. This is a full-commitment program, and the Coach invests time, energy, and access regardless of usage. In the event of financial hardship, the Client agrees to communicate promptly to explore temporary arrangements.

3. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES

By entering this Agreement, the Client agrees to:

• Show up fully and take responsibility for their transformation

• Participate honestly, openly, and respectfully

• Attend one-on-one sessions on time, or provide a minimum 7 days’ notice before rescheduling

• Engage with the group in a respectful and supportive manner. Bullying, harassment, or any form of intimidation will result in immediate removal from the program without refund

• Not record sessions or share proprietary materials without consent

4. COACH RESPONSIBILITIES

The Coach agrees to:

• Show up with honesty, integrity, and full presence

• Maintain confidentiality and provide a safe, judgment-free space

• Offer tools including hypnotherapy, NLP, breathwork, mindset work, and trauma-informed coaching, as appropriate

• Provide access to all agreed content and session times

• Maintain professional boundaries and uphold the duty of care

5. CONFIDENTIALITY

All personal information and session content is strictly confidential. The Coach will never share, publish, or discuss the Client’s private information unless:

• There is a risk of harm to self or others

Group sessions require all members to maintain confidentiality and respect each other’s privacy.

6. CANCELLATIONS, MISSED SESSIONS, AND TERMINATION

• One-on-one sessions cancelled with less than 7 days’ notice may be forfeited

• Bullying, harassment, or unsafe behaviour within the group space will result in immediate removal from the program without refund

• The Coach reserves the right to remove participants if their behaviour is deemed unsafe, unethical, or in conflict with group integrity

• Early exits do not qualify for refunds. The program is a full 12-month container

7. LIABILITY WAIVER

The Client acknowledges that this program is not medical, psychological, or psychiatric treatment. It is coaching and personal development. The Client takes full responsibility for their participation, actions, and outcomes.

The Coach is not liable for any decisions, actions, or consequences arising from participation in the program.
